Lowa is Blackfoot/NezPerce from the Piikani Nation in Southern Alberta.
Lowa shares her own journey on finding a balance with the ‘old ways’ of life in the current fast pace world people find themselves in. Topics she discusses are healthy living, wellness, work/life balance & spirituality.
Major influences on Lowa’s life are/were her grandparents, parents, family & community. Her paternal grandfather Elder Howard Beebe Sr. was an influential political leader and had served as President and Co-founder of the Indian Association and worked for many decades to change laws for First Nation’s people in Canada.
Her maternal grandfather was Spiritual Leader & Elder Dr. Joe Crowshoe Sr. who was known worldwide for his culture and spiritual teachings of the Blackfoot People of Southern Alberta.
